It's Friday and that means weekend and magic

I was browsing the internet and I don't know how I stumbled onto the Sankey Assassin's Pouch. It looks like just what I need for the stuff I carry. I saw there are grumblings from some of the magic community about it but even if I had to buy two a year, it would work out better than the other pouches I have seen designed. 

I worked on some Steve Dobbson effects today and I am going to try and see what kind of reactions I get from the bar crowd tomorrow. It will help me gauge the trick and see if it belongs in my newest routine.

Tomorrow I will be getting a new prop and I am excited to see how it works. It might be cheasy but I saw a demo that might be the effect I am trying to achieve. I don't know if it's the same because the manufacturer has not put out any demo. See the video below.

I had to buy the item from another magic store but I do normally shop at http://www.madhattermagicshop.com/magicshop/ because they have better prices normally. The one problem is shipping is often a guess. Although once I did get free stuff when they delayed my shipment.

Speaking of delayed shipment, I am still waiting for the new issue of Reel Magic Magazine. They put the teaser on the website before they ship the video and it's probably to gauge interest before they go to DVD pressing.
